Model Use Agreement
By purchasing a Course Contour 3D model or hosting, you confirm that you have read and understand the following.
1. Not an exact replica
Course Contour 3D models are approximate visual representations of a golf course. They are built from public elevation data and aerial imagery, then artistically finished. Terrain, slopes, greens, bunkers, trees, buildings, water and other features are simplified and may differ from the real course.
2. Intended use
Models are artistic marketing visuals intended for course websites, social media and promotional material. They are designed to help golfers understand the overall geography of a course, how the holes fit together and fit the land, rather than to show any single hole in detail.
3. Not for research or course play
Models are not survey-grade and must not be relied on for research, engineering, course management, construction or maintenance planning, yardages, green reading, rules decisions, or playing the course.
4. No warranty of accuracy
Models are provided as is. We make no guarantee that any measurement, elevation, slope or feature is accurate, and is not responsible for decisions made using a model.
5. Course names
Course names are used only to identify the course modeled. Unless stated otherwise, Course Contour 3D is not affiliated with or endorsed by the courses shown.
6. Payment
The course model is $1,550. A 50% deposit ($775) is charged when you accept this agreement at checkout. The remaining balance ($775) is invoiced when your model is delivered and is due within 15 days of the invoice. Website hosting is free for the first year after delivery, then $180 a year. Deposits are applied to your order and work begins once the deposit is received.
